Elena joined TSMGI in 2014 as an intern, and has since become Senior Creative Designer for The Studio, TSMGI’s in-house creative team. With a passion for visual storytelling and a sharp design sensibility, she leads the conception and execution of graphics across a wide spectrum of platforms and clients, delivering powerful visual solutions that resonate across industries.
A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Art and Design, Elena brings a refined artistic eye and a multidisciplinary skill set to her work. Her portfolio includes apparel and product design, packaging, publication and environmental graphics, presentation and information design, as well as brand identity, advertising art direction and copywriting. She also has hands-on expertise in studio photography, color grading and video production/editing.
The creative variety that comes with the diverse range of clients and industries served by TSMGI keeps Elena inspired and challenged, continually pushing her to evolve and explore new visual possibilities.
Elena is just as creatively driven outside the office. She finds inspiration in fine art, craft coffee, good food and hilarious people. She loves gardening, cooking, home brewing, creative writing, bookmaking, painting and creative photography. She also gives back to her community as a Preservation Volunteer with the Lake County Forest Preserves.

Judy Messer
Since joining TSMGI in 2014, Judy has served as the agency’s Office Manager, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. From greeting clients and answering phones to supporting the Ticket Management team, Judy brings warmth, professionalism and organizational expertise to everything she does.
With a diverse background spanning education and administrative roles, Judy has held professional assistant positions across multiple industries, including financial services and manufacturing. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois, and began her career as a primary school teacher in Chicago. She later served as a Site Supervisor for a Montessori school in the northern suburbs for over a decade, where she fostered learning environments built on care, structure, and collaboration.
Prior to joining TSMGI, Judy also worked as a Client Associate at a brokerage firm and as a Personal Assistant at a corrugated box company, bringing adaptability and a customer-focused approach to every role.
Outside of the office, Judy enjoys playing golf and tennis, reading, attending theater performances and going on walks. Most of all, she treasures spending countless hours with her three granddaughters, who bring her endless joy and inspiration.

Myrin New
Myrin joined TSMGI in 2022, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in technology and business operations to his role as IT Manager. Working across the entire company, he leads the technical strategy and provides support for TSMGI’s growing e-commerce, ERP, and communications platforms, with a current focus on integrating AI-influenced solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
An attendee of Tuskegee University School of Engineering and DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media, where he earned his Master of Science in Information Systems, Myrin continues to support fellow alumni through mentorship and online engagement. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), emphasizing agile methodologies in managing cross-functional tech initiatives.
Prior to TSMGI, Myrin held leadership roles at Paymentus and Ebert Digital, where he spearheaded digital transformations and implemented practical, scalable IT solutions. He is also an active contributor to the broader tech community through his blog, TechMorsels, where he shares insights on technology trends and best practices. Additionally, he teaches AI-focused workshops at public libraries, empowering others to understand and apply emerging tech in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, Myrin’s passions are as diverse as his professional experience. He has completed eight marathons, plays African Djembe drums and electric bass guitar, enjoys roller-skating, photography, cycling, and dancing, and even invents his food recipes.
Myrin is a true technologist with a creative spirit—devoted to practical innovation, continuous learning, and helping others thrive in a digital world.

Jenna is a Creative Designer at TSMGI, where she specializes in crafting custom product artwork, digital content and virtual product mockups that align with client brand standards and marketing goals. Whether developing assets for branded merchandise or designing unique visuals for event promotions, Jenna brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every creative project.
Jenna excels in the creative diversity of her work. She enjoys collaborating with a wide array of clients, each with distinct visual identities and goals. Whether following a structured brand system or fielding an unexpected design challenge, she approaches every project with curiosity and care. She also loves the unique event experiences that come with the role, including opportunities to attend and support unique activations.
Prior to joining TSMGI, Jenna worked as a freelance graphic designer for Silocable LLC, where she revamped the company’s brochure and contributed to its website development. She also served as a production artist for OrnamentShip.com, hand-personalizing holiday items to customer specifications.
Jenna received a B.A. in Economics and minor in Digital Media Design from Lake Forest College where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the academic honor society of Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to begin her design career at the College, where she supported the Athletic Department by designing promotional materials and managing social media. There she received her first taste of the sports industry as she worked from Halas Hall, the former headquarters of the Chicago Bears.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd, Koda, attending as many concerts as possible with her dad, crocheting, listening to podcasts and spending time with friends and family.

Marley Rubin
Marley returns to TSMGI having previously completed a marketing internship in the summer of 2022. Now working as a Jr. Graphic Designer for The Studio, TSMGI’s in-house creative team, she contributes innovative, eye-catching designs for merchandise, branding and promotional materials. Marley’s creative energy can be seen through developing custom artwork for clients, especially when new clients seek out TSMGI’s bold, original visual work.
A graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Marley brings a strong foundation in visual communication and a keen eye for detail. She is currently enrolled in Book180, continuing to expand her creative capabilities and deepen her design thinking.
Marley’s previous experience includes self-directed design projects as well as a marketing role at a skincare company—each contributing to her versatile, client-focused approach to branding and merchandise design.
Outside of work, Marley enjoys sailing, working out and diving into new creative challenges whenever possible.
