About the Business

TSMGI operates 3 distinct divisions that work together to deliver creative, innovative, and exciting brand-enhancing programs:

Promotional Products Marketing — owns and operates branded merchandise programs across the globe including sourcing, design, warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment, and retail staffing.

Event Marketing — TSMGI offers a wide range of event marketing services, creating unique designs and measurable experiences for each event to deliver positive results.

Sports Marketing — manages brand strategy and activation for creating sponsorships and events within motorsports, college football, professional basketball, global soccer, endurance sports, and celebrity and talent management.

IT Manager

Seeking IT generalist with baseline knowledge of e-commerce platforms, NetSuite and MacOS. Serve as the go-to in-house IT resource, providing day-to-day help desk support for 50-60 employees (local and remote) in a fast-paced, hands-on, friendly, collaborative marketing agency headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois (20 miles north of Chicago).

Account Executive-Sports & Event Marketing (Global)

As a key member of the account team, the Account Executive – Sports & Event Marketing is responsible for all aspects of developing, planning, communicating, and executing clients’ international sports marketing programs and special events. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility, and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming. Primary responsibilities include relationship and program management between TSMGI's client and their official sponsored properties (top-tier global endurance sports organizations), as well as activation and execution of specified marketing programs. This position is located at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago).

Account Coordinator-Promotions

The Account Coordinator – Promotions is accountable for managing and facilitating the day-to-day execution of various promotions programs (branded promotional merchandise and premiums) to achieve the goals of both the clients and TSMGI. Primary responsibilities include program management (both existing and future), client support services, client communications, sales order processing, vendor engagement and new sales / program development.

Account Supervisor–Sports & Event Marketing

As a key member of the account team, the Account Supervisor – Sports & Event Marketing is responsible for all aspects of strategy development, planning, communicating and executing clients’ broad portfolio of US-based sports marketing programs and special events. TSMGI’s client is a global market leader whose products and technologies enable sports teams, arenas and entertainment venues to operate safely and effectively. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming. Primary responsibilities include relationship and program management between TSMGI's client and their official sponsored properties (within professional football, baseball, basketball and entertainment), as well as activation and execution of specified marketing programs. This position can be located in either of TSMGI’s offices in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Milwaukee, WI.

Account Executive–Ticket Management, Hospitality & Meeting Planning

As a key member of TSMGI’s Sports & Event Marketing division, the Account Executive – Ticket Management, Hospitality & Meeting Planning is responsible for managing all aspects of clients’ tickets and hospitality assets across a broad portfolio of sports and entertainment properties. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and excellent communication. Primary responsibilities include inventory management and distribution of ticket assets typically through ticket management software and team / venue Apps. Additional responsibilities will be to support TSMGI’s Meeting Planning function across a variety of clients. This position can be located in either of TSMGI’s offices in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Milwaukee, WI.
