Promotional Products Marketing — TSMGI is a leader in the promotional products marketing industry. The company owns and operates branded merchandise programs across the globe including sourcing, design, warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment and on-site event sales.

Event Marketing — TSMGI offers a wide range of event marketing services including strategic planning, production, staffing and execution of mobile and experiential programs, bespoke customer events, expo and conference exhibits, customer hospitality and entertainment, ticket management, etc.

Sports Marketing — TSMGI provides brand strategy, evaluation, contract negotiations, activation strategy, asset management and execution of sponsorships within all form of sports and entertainment.

Account Director - Global Sports & Event Marketing (Soccer)

The Account Director – Global Sports & Event Marketing is responsible for managing our client’s global partnership with Real Madrid CF and the Real Madrid Foundation. This position requires a highly polished and experienced professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead a high profile, large-scale sponsorship program on behalf of an agency or company, and who has a deep understanding of global soccer.

Primary responsibilities include overall strategy development, creative execution and activation idea generation, client services & support, and account team leadership. This person is comfortable and confident with executive level communications; and has the ability to dive into the tactics and execute at all levels within the client's organization and TSGMI's account team.

The ability to fluently speak Spanish is strongly desired, but not a mandatory. This position is located at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago).

Account Director – Sports & Event Marketing (Motorsports)

The Account Director – Sports & Event Marketing leads account management for TSMGI’s clients whose primary sponsorships focus on motorsports (specifically, NASCAR). This includes two iconic brands who have been involved in NASCAR for more than 30 years. The Account Director, Sports & Event Marketing / Motorsports will be the agency’s lead subject matter expert in motorsports and will directly lead the two accounts and account teams. This includes leading all aspects of property and asset management, sponsorship and activation strategy, planning, communicating and directing client's sports marketing programs and special events. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility, ability to translate metrics into measurement and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming.

Primary responsibilities include relationship management with TSMGI's clients (at all levels), and with their official sponsored properties, as well as other non-motorsports sponsorships for each of these clients.

The preferred location for this position is at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago), but can be located in Charlotte, NC. or other appropriate locations.

Account Manager – Sports & Event Marketing (Motorsports)

The Account Manager – Sports & Event Marketing is a key contributor to the motorsports account team, and supports all aspects of planning, communicating and executing assigned client's sports marketing programs and special events. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming.

Primary responsibilities include relationship and program management between TSMGI's clients and their official sponsored properties (team sponsorships within NASCAR), as well as activation and execution of other non-motorsports marketing programs.

This position is located at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Charlotte, NC.

Account Supervisor - Global Sports & Event Marketing (Endurance Sports)

As a leader on the global endurance sports account team, the Account Supervisor – Sports & Event Marketing is responsible for developing, planning, communicating, and executing clients’ international sports marketing programs and special events. This position requires a high degree of organization, strategic ideation, attention to detail, excellent communication, leadership, fiscal responsibility, and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming.

Although not a requirement for this position, candidates who have a passion for endurance sports (running, triathlons, cycling) may find this program particularly enjoyable as you will be working with high-profile marathons around the world.

This position is located at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago).

Account Executive - Global Sports & Event Marketing (Endurance Sports)

As a key member of the global endurance sports account team, the Account Executive – Global Sports & Event Marketing supports the development, planning, communication and execution of our clients’ international sports marketing programs and special events. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility, and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming.

This position is located at TSMGI’s headquarters in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago).

Account Supervisor – Sports & Event Marketing (US Team Sports)

As a key member of the account team, the Account Supervisor – Sports & Event Marketing for U.S. Team Sports is responsible for all aspects of strategy development, planning, communicating and executing clients’ broad portfolio of US-based sports marketing programs and special events. TSMGI’s client is a global market leader whose products and technologies enable sports teams, arenas and entertainment venues to operate safely, effeciently and effectively. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility and the ability to transfer the client's brand and business strategies into effective sports and event marketing programming.

Primary responsibilities include relationship and program management between TSMGI's client and their official sponsored properties (within professional football, baseball, basketball and entertainment), as well as activation and execution of specified marketing programs.

This position can be located in either of TSMGI’s offices in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Milwaukee, WI.

Account Coordinator – Sports & Event Marketing (multiple positions)

As a key member of TSMGI’s Sports & Event Marketing division, the Account Coordinator is an entry level position (0-3 years experience) that is responsible for supporting TSMGI’s account teams across all forms of sports, events and entertainment marketing. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and excellent communication.

Primary responsibilities include supporting event operations, participating in planning meetings, working with various vendors, creating internal and client facing communications (Power Point, Word, email) and financial budget tracking (Excel), hospitality and ticket management, and other responsibilities as assigned.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who studied, or held positions in, sports marketing, PR, communications, digital / social media, influencer marketing, hospitality or event management. In turn, TSMGI will provide training, experience and exposure to global clients and sports properties,

Account Coordinator - Promotional Products Marketing

The Account Coordinator – Promotions is responsible for supporting and facilitating the day-to-day execution of various promotional products programs (branded merchandise and premiums) for TSMGI’s established corporate accounts.

This position provides a great combination of creativity (branded product solutions) and operations (supporting and facilitating client orders).

Primary responsibilities include supporting the TSMGI account team with product design, product sourcing, vendor management, proposal development, brand application management, order processing and follow through.

This position can be located in either of TSMGI’s offices in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Milwaukee, WI.

Project Management Coordinator - Promotional Products Marketing

The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for performing the day-to-day order processing functions for TSMGI’s Promotional Products division. Primary responsibility is to support the Client Account Teams which includes, but is not limited to, efficient, timely processing of orders; researching and resolving order discrepancies with vendors, customers and Account Teams; responsive resolution of any order-related concerns involving client questions, product quality, accounting, technology, purchasing, inventory and shipping.

This is a great position for someone who thrives on serving customers and supporting teammates, and will experience both creativity and business operations in the exciting industry of branded promotional products.

This position can be located in either of TSMGI’s offices in Deerfield, IL (northern suburb of Chicago) or Milwaukee, WI.

Manager - Human Resources

The Manager of Human Resources is an experienced HR generalist who manages all aspects of Human Resources for the firm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting/hiring/onboarding new employees, administering performance management system, employee/career development, training, employee relations, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation planning and administration.

The position requires comprehensive HR management skills, and an experienced professional who understands human behavior along with strategic initiatives, organizational dynamics, and a strong orientation on business results

Tour Manager / Driver / Brand Representative

TSMGI is seeking an experienced Tour Manager / Driver / Brand Representative to drive and manage a NASCAR team sponsored “show car” to designated locations, for public activations, throughout the U.S. during March through October 2023.

The primary responsibility of this position will to safely and efficiently transport a NASCAR Show Car and display materials to designated locations, set-up / tear-down the car and display for public appearances (consumer engagement), be available to answer general questions from the public regarding the show car and program, coordinate with the TSMGI program manager, and liaise with client store managers at each location.
