Morra joined TSMGI at the beginning of 2022 as a member of the Promotions Team with a focus in Project Management.

Her background in customer service and topnotch organizational skills allow Morra to work with a variety of clients to manage their promotional product needs. When not working, Morra loves to read, cook, travel, and spend time with friends and family.

Felice Gertz


Felice is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a BA in Mass Communications. She came to TSMGI in 2022 to share her 30 years of branded merchandising experience, joining the Promotional Marketing team as an Account Director. Felice’s primary focus is to lead the Abbott Corporate Promotional Products program while also managing long-time existing clients.

When not working, Felice enjoys cooking, travel, spending time with her family and friends and most of all, spending time with her fur baby Rufus.

Taylor Goddard


As a Senior Account Executive at TSMGI, Taylor spearheads the planning, operation, and execution of our on-site official merchandise programs at some of the most prestigious events across the country. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, Taylor ensures that each event’s merchandise program reflects the unique essence and energy of the occasion. 

Taylor started as an intern for TSMGI in the spring of 2018. With a portfolio that includes Summerfest, Wisconsin State Fair, The Big E, Chicago Blues Festival, Taste of Chicago, Chicago Jazz Festival, and Froedtert Hospital, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every project. From conceptualization to implementation, Taylor is committed to exceeding client expectations and fostering long-lasting partnerships built on trust and innovation. 

Taylor graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in marketing and international business. He possesses great organizational skills and pays attention to every detail of a project. When Taylor is not in the office, he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and attending concerts.

Chris Hall

Chris Hall


A graduate from Arizona State University, Chris has a degree in Psychology. Before joining TSMGI, Chris held numerous positions in the running and merchandise sales industries, most notably the last 7 years as a Director.

Chris lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with his wife and 3 kids. Chris loves golf, watching his teenage kids play travel sports, and the Dallas Cowboys. When he is not landscaping during the warmer months, he is enjoying the nice mid-west weather by barbequing and trying new grilling techniques.

Dawn Jacks

Senior Manager, Purchasing

Dawn Jacks


Dawn joined TSMGI in 2004 and holds the record for longest tenured employee. As the Purchasing Manager for the company, Dawn uses her career-long expertise in promotional products to accurately forecast inventory needs for catalog and warehouse programs with TSMGI’s clients leading to a near 100% “serviceability” rate on customer orders.

She’s a top-notch negotiator ensuring competitive pricing across all client teams. In addition, Dawn collaborates with IT and The Studio to maintain and update client e-commerce sites with new and refreshed items on a regular basis.

If you can’t find Dawn at the office you most likely will find her at the hockey rink cheering on the Milwaukee Admirals or practicing her love of photography and spending time with her daughter.

Alden Jones

Senior Account Manager

Alden Jones


Alden became a part of the TSMGI family in 2020 as a member of the Promotions Team with a focus in Project Management.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Alden has degrees in both business and architecture. Before joining TSMGI, Alden held positions in administration and customer service. Her organizational skills and attention to detail allow Alden to create innovative custom merchandise programs for TSMGI customers.

When not working, Alden loves to to read, cook, and walk the dogs at a local animal shelter.

Christine Leskovar

Christine Leskovar


As a member of the Promotional Products team, Christine splits her time between the Milwaukee and Deerfield offices and has extensive experience in all aspects of promotional marketing.

A 20+ year veteran of the industry, Christine helps manage client accounts and provides merchandise options for programs, events, trade shows, employee incentives, and more. Christine has an undergraduate degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

She appreciates the balance between working in marketing and utilizing her educational background at volunteer activities working with youth and helping to run a food pantry.

Christine also enjoys watching sports, theater, learning new languages, and traveling – even the commute between offices from Milwaukee to Chicago.

Tara Miller

Director, Client Services

Tara Miller


Tara joined TSMGI in 2012 as part of the Promotional Products team in the Milwaukee office.

Tara brings over 18 years of experience in promotions and marketing to the agency and helps manage promotional and event marketing needs across a variety of clients. With a background in event management and marketing, Tara holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tara’s “Happy Place” is a warm sunny day outside with a lake nearby, music playing, and her family by her side.

Devan Mueller

Account Coordinator

Devan Mueller


Devan joined TSMGI in 2017 as part of the Valvoline Promotional Products team.

Devan assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the company store located at the world headquarters of Valvoline in Lexington, Kentucky. She also assists her team in Milwaukee and Deerfield to manage client requests and projects. She works closely with the Valvoline client to provide merchandise options for programs, events, trade shows, employee incentives, and more.

When not in the office, Devan spends time in a volunteer work in her local community as well as running her art business. She and her Husband enjoy hiking with their fur babies, traveling, and F1 racing.

Cayla Quanstrom


Cayla is a 2023 graduate of The University of Iowa, with a diverse background spanning retail marketing, international business, project management, and a touch of Parisian creativity from her time studying abroad in France.

Cayla embraced various roles and opportunities, allowing her to develop a versatile skill set and a keen understanding of the intricacies of the business world.

Outside of work, Cayla enjoys fashion, concerts, sports, travel, and spending time with loved ones.

Michele Samuels

Michele Samuels


Michele joined TSMGI in 2010 to help lead the Promotional Products team.

Overseeing a variety of clients across multiple industries, Michele manages e-commerce and direct fulfillment programs as well as custom merchandise for clients such as Valvoline, Solenis and OCC. With a background in publishing and sales, Michele works closely with her clients to deliver innovative and creative merchandise at competitive pricepoints.

Rebecca Seldin

Rebecca Seldin


Rebecca joined TSMGI In 2019 shortly after graduating from the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

As part of the Promotional Marketing team, Rebecca works directly on the Abbott Global Promotional Products Program with an emphasis on Abbott sports programs. She works closely with clients to help manage requests and ensure alignment with their brand, vision and strategy.

When she’s not in the office, Rebecca enjoys attending concerts, sporting events, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Cheryl Smith

Cheryl Smith


Cheryl joined TSMGI in 2007 as part of the Promotional Products team.

Cheryl manages the day-to-day operations of the company store located inside Valvoline’s corporate headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for guests, Cheryl also assists with sourcing custom products for various Valvoline employee and/or customer events. Working hand in hand with the Wisconsin and Deerfield promotions teams, Cheryl helps to meet the needs of both the local and the remote clients.

Cheryl earned her degree from the University of Kentucky. When she is not working, she enjoys making custom jewelry and spending time with her family.

Kim Smith

Account Manager

Kim Smith


Kim joined TSMGI in 2014 on the Promotional Products team and is based in the Milwaukee office

She brings more than 25 years of promotional products experience to the agency and oversees a wide range of the promotional business for the agency including Froedtert Health System and helping manage the four TSMGI retail outlets at Summerfest, the world’s largest musical festival.

Kim attended the University of Kansas and Alverno College. In her spare time, Kim enjoys being outdoors including riding her bike on a long country road and hiking wherever and whenever she can.
