Joining TSMGI in 2012 as a Staff Accountant, Irene now works as the company’s Controller, overseeing all aspects of accounting, billing and financial operations. With more than 18 years of experience in the accounting field, Irene combines deep expertise with an exceptional work ethic and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and accountability.
Her leadership in financial operations plays a critical part in supporting TSMGI’s stability and long-term success and her ability to navigate the intricacies of TSMGI’s diverse client base, one of the things Irene likes most about the company, allows her to work seamlessly across all departments.
While working full-time, Irene pursued her CPA certification and holds dual degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern Illinois University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Math Education from Normal Superior Nueva Galicia in Mexico.
Originally from Mexico and now living in Chicago, Irene gained valuable experience in financial services through roles at The Resurrection Project and Pivot Point International.
Outside the office, Irene enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, music and embracing new experiences.

LARISA FEDOROV, Accounting Specialist
Larisa works on the Accounting and Finance team at TSMGI, handling vendor billing and invoice processing. She brings a strong attention to detail and a solid background in financial operations to help ensure accurate and timely accounting across the company’s vendor network.
Originally from Russia and now residing in Lincolnshire, IL, Larisa studied at both Moscow College of Commerce and Harper College, earning multiple certifications including Accounting Clerk, Accounting Associate and Accounting – Payroll, State and Local Taxes.
Before joining TSMGI, she held positions at CBJS, Clear Sounds Inc. and Club Jewelry Manufacturing Inc., building a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and processes.
Outside of work, Larisa enjoys cooking, gardening and crafts, channeling both her creativity and precision into her hobbies.

Jonathan Osorto
With over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, Jonathan brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by roles across small to mid-sized companies and multiple industries. He holds dual degrees in Finance and International Studies, along with a minor in Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, supporting both his analytical approach and global mindset.
Jonathan’s expertise spans accounts payable/receivable, multi-state and global payroll, forecasting, P&L management and foreign currency operations. Throughout his career, he’s driven process improvements, increased operational efficiency and enhanced financial accuracy by building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients and aligning financial strategy with business goals.
He thrives in environments that value strategic thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about how accounting provides a direct window into how a business truly operates—informing smart, data-driven decisions that propel growth.
Most recently, Jonathan served as a Financial Analyst at Blue Chip Marketing, following his role as International Accounting & Operations Manager at Chronos Consulting.
Originally from Honduras and now based in Chicago, Jonathan is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work, he stays active by playing soccer in local leagues, going to the gym and trying new sports.

Linda began her career at TSMGI in 2018 as part of the Promotional Products team before transitioning to her current role as the company’s Accounts Receivable Specialist, overseeing client invoicing and payment collection across all accounts. With a keen eye for organization and efficiency, Linda ensures smooth financial operations while delivering top-tier service to all clients.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Communication and Media Studies, Linda’s background spans a dynamic career in spot and syndicated television ad sales in both Chicago and New York, followed by several successful years as a licensed real estate broker. Her strong communication skills and business acumen make her a trusted partner to TSMGI clients and colleagues alike.
Linda’s favorite aspect of her role is building client relationships—she thrives on collaboration and believes in delivering a personal, reliable touch in every interaction.
A longtime Deerfield, IL resident, Linda enjoys an active lifestyle with her four children. Outside of work, she can be found on the golf course, ski slopes, pickleball court or curled up with a good book—and a full house.
