Morra Dwyer
Morra joined TSMGI in 2022 as part of the Promotions Team, where she works across a wide range of clients including Abbott, Valvoline, OCC, Solenis and MTT, among others. With a background in customer service and a natural knack for organization, Morra ensures that each client’s promotional product needs are met with creativity, precision and a personal touch.
She thrives on the variety and fast pace of her role, and particularly enjoys the challenge of sourcing the perfect item to elevate a client’s event or campaign. For Morra, no two days are the same—and that’s exactly what makes her work so fulfilling.
Originally from Connecticut, Morra now calls Highwood, IL home. She attended both Notre Dame and Arizona State University, where she developed her passion for communication, problem-solving and project execution.
When she’s not working, Morra enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Felice Gertz
Felice joined TSMGI’s Promotional Marketing team in 2022, bringing more than 30 years of branded merchandising expertise to the agency. With a passion for creative brand engagement, she leads the Abbott Corporate Promotional Products program while also managing several long-standing client relationships.
A graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Mass Communications, Felice has built a career rooted in client service and innovative promotional programming. She is recognized by clients for her exceptional service, professionalism, creativity and positive attitude as well as providing solutions that meet client needs and timelines. She prides herself on fostering collaborative and supportive partnerships with her clients and enjoys the fact that clients view the work as not just effective, but genuinely impactful.
Prior to joining TSMGI, Felice worked as an Account Manager at Leader Promotions and National Account Executive at Total Promotions, where she consistently delivered thoughtful, on-brand merchandise programs for major clients.
Originally from Highland Park, IL, Felice now resides in Deerfield, where she spends her time outside of work cooking, entertaining, traveling and cherishing moments with family, friends and her beloved fur baby, Rufus.

Taylor Goddard
As a Senior Account Executive at TSMGI, Taylor leads the planning, operations and on-site execution of official merchandise programs for some of the largest events across the country. Known for his sharp attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, Taylor ensures that every merchandise program is tailored to reflect the unique spirit and energy of each event.
Taylor began his career with TSMGI as an intern in Spring 2018, steadily building a reputation for dependability, creativity and operational precision. Today, his portfolio includes high-profile events such as Summerfest, the Wisconsin State Fair, The Big E, DCASE events, Kohl’s, Froedtert & MCW and LIFE TIME Athletic Events, among others. From conception to execution, Taylor is dedicated to delivering experiences that exceed client expectations and foster enduring partnerships.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Taylor holds a degree in Marketing and International Business. Prior to his time at TSMGI, he gained valuable operational experience at Roundy’s Distribution Warehouse, further sharpening his logistics and problem-solving skills.
When Taylor is not hopping from one event to the next, he enjoys reading, sports, working out and attending live concerts.
Eileen Horgan

Eileen Horgan
Eileen has been a valued member of the TSMGI team for more than seven years, serving as Senior Manager of Direct Order Operations. Eileen supports all promotional product clients, bringing precision and reliability to every order. Her ability to streamline complex processes and ensure seamless delivery has made her a cornerstone of the Promotions team.
With a degree in Marketing from Marquette University and a background at Baxter Healthcare, Eileen blends strategic thinking with strong operational insight. She’s particularly passionate about the relationship-building aspect of her work—whether with clients, vendors or team members—finding the human connections behind each transaction to be the most rewarding part of her role.
Though she grew up “everywhere,” Eileen now calls Deerfield, IL home, where she stays active with her four children. Outside of work, she enjoys running as well as tackling DIY home projects.

Chris Hall
Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in both management and retail logistics to TSMGI. In his current role, Chris works across multiple clients including Real Madrid, Abbott, Marathon Tours & Travel, Summerfest, Chicago’s Dept. of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, Chicago Event Management/Chicago Marathon, The Big E, Wisconsin State Fair, Maui Invitational and LIFE TIME Athletic Events, to name a few.
Not only does Chris procure merchandise for an array of events, he is on-site, interfacing with the clients, staff and customers, skills he certainly developed as a Psychology major at Arizona State University. Prior to joining TSMGI, Chris held numerous positions in the running and merchandise sales industries, including Ram Racing, Ventures Endurance and EXO Sports.
Chris lives in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three children, loves golf, watching his kids play travel sports, barbequing, landscaping and the Dallas Cowboys.
Dawn Jacks

Dawn Jacks
Dawn joined TSMGI in 2004 and proudly holds the distinction of being the company’s longest-tenured employee. As Senior Purchasing Manager, she brings decades of experience in promotional products to the table—ensuring precision forecasting and seamless execution for TSMGI’s catalog and warehouse programs. Her expertise consistently delivers a near-perfect serviceability rate on custom orders, earning her the trust and confidence of clients across the board.
Dawn supports all warehouse programs for clients including Abbott, Froedtert & MCW, Solenis, Valvoline, MoneyGram, UW Credit Union and Big Ass Fans, to name a few. Prior to TSMGI, she honed her marketing and merchandising skills at Group II Communications/IMS and Wild Impact Marketing.
Based in Milwaukee, Dawn is an alumna of UW-Milwaukee and Milwaukee Area Technical College. When she’s not in the office, she’s often at the hockey rink cheering on the Milwaukee Admirals, capturing life through her camera lens or spending quality time with her daughter.

Alden joined the TSMGI family in 2020, bringing a sharp eye for detail, a passion for process and an unwavering commitment to client service. Now a Senior Account Manager on the Promotions team, Alden plays a key role in supporting Abbott’s Corporate Client Services, where she helps bring innovative merchandise programs to life from conception to execution.
With a degree in Business and specialization in Accounting from The Ohio State University, Alden’s background includes roles in administration and customer service—foundations that have honed her organizational skills and deepened her understanding of operational excellence. Throughout her career, she’s earned a reputation for seamless project management and creative problem-solving.
Alden thrives on the ever-changing nature of her work and collaborating with incredible teammates and clients to execute programs that leave a lasting impression.
Outside of the office, Alden enjoys reading (Kristin Hannah novels are a favorite), cooking, wine tasting, travel adventures and indulging in everything from Gilmore Girls to Bravo marathons. She’s a devoted dog mom to Brandy the Fine Boy and spends time volunteering at a local animal shelter.

Christine Leskovar
With over 25 years of experience in the promotional marketing industry, Christine brings extensive expertise to TSMGI. Based in the agency’s Milwaukee office, she plays a vital role in managing multiple client webstores and providing curated merchandise solutions for a wide range of needs including events, trade shows, employee incentives and branded programs.
Christine is passionate about cross-functional collaboration, and thrives on working with diverse teams across multiple accounts. She takes pride in ensuring that systems are accurate, up-to-date and accessible—helping TSMGI deliver seamless, efficient service to its clients.
A proud Milwaukee native, Christine earned both her undergraduate degree in Social Work and her master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Before entering the promotions field, she managed Youth Group Homes, and continues to give back through community volunteering—including helping to run a local food pantry and supporting youth initiatives.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys watching sports, attending theater performances, traveling and learning new languages.

Tara Miller
Tara joined TSMGI in 2012 as a member of the Promotional Products team in the Milwaukee office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in promotions, marketing and event management. She supports a wide variety of clients, including Valvoline, VIOC, Big Ass Fans and UW Credit Union, helping to source and deliver creative, on-brand solutions for everything from employee programs to high-impact events.
With a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Tara blends strategic communication skills with a deep understanding of brand experience. She loves the ever-changing nature of her role and takes pride in finding the perfect item to make her clients’ events and initiatives shine.
Before joining TSMGI, Tara worked as an Account Manager at a promotional products company for 7 years, and earlier in her career, she contributed to experiential campaigns while at GMR Marketing.
Outside of work, Tara is an active member of her community, serving as the Peace Garden Chair with her son’s PTO. Tara’s personal happy place is a warm, sunny day by a lake, music in the background and enjoying nature with her family and friends. She enjoys practicing yoga and barre, and never says no to a good iced latte. Her 10-year-old son is the heart of her world and the best part of each day.

Devan Mueller
Devan joined TSMGI in 2017 as a member of the Valvoline Promotional Products team, where she helps manage the day-to-day operations of the company store at Valvoline’s world headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to her on-site responsibilities, Devan supports the Milwaukee and Deerfield teams, executing a wide range of client requests, from merchandise planning to event support.
Devan aims to help bring the Valvoline brand to life through thoughtful and on-brand product selections for trade shows, employee incentives, events and custom programs. She also enjoys connecting directly with customers through face-to-face interactions at the company store and at events such as the Vamily Reunion.
Outside of work, Devan spends time at a volunteer ministry and runs a small art business where she creates and sells handcrafted polymer clay jewelry and accessories. She also enjoys photography, hiking, traveling and cheering on F1 racing with her husband and their beloved fur babies.

Since joining TSMGI in 2010, Michele has played a pivotal role in leading the Promotional Products team, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every client engagement.
She oversees promotional merchandise programs, e-commerce platforms and direct fulfillment operations for a range of high-profile clients, including Valvoline, Solenis, Abbott, OCC and more. She serves as the key point person for clients with online stores, where her focus on data-driven reporting and product performance helps tailor merchandise assortments to customer behavior and broader business goals. She’s known for delivering innovative, on-brand solutions at competitive price points, all while staying on the pulse of the latest promotional product trends.
Based in Deerfield, IL, Michele holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. With a strong background in publishing and sales—including previous roles at Clipper Magazine and in retail management—Michele has a sharp eye for both market trends and client needs, always collaborating with a variety of vendors to ensure her clients are always ahead of the curve.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, unwinding with a good movie and spending time with friends and family.

Rebecca joined TSMGI in 2019, shortly after earning her degree in Journalism and Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas. As part of the Promotional Marketing team, she plays a key role in managing the Abbott Global Promotional Products Program, with a particular focus on Abbott’s sports initiatives.
Rebecca works closely with clients to ensure every promotional product aligns with their brand, vision and strategic goals. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, she thrives on the variety her role offers—finding energy in the fact that no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Cheryl Smith

Cheryl Smith
Cheryl joined TSMGI in 2007 as a member of the Promotional Products team and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Based in Lexington, KY, Cheryl manages the day-to-day operations of the Valvoline company store located at the brand’s corporate headquarters, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for employees and visitors alike.
In addition to overseeing the company store, Cheryl supports the sourcing and coordination of custom promotional products for Valvoline’s internal and customer-facing events. She works closely with TSMGI’s Wisconsin and Deerfield teams, helping bridge communication and logistics across multiple locations to meet both local and national client needs.
Cheryl earned her degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Kentucky. Prior to her time at TSMGI, she worked in HR and spent nearly four years with Valvoline Motorsports, gaining valuable experience in brand support and event operations.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys making custom jewelry, watching a good rom-com and spending quality time with her family. She also dedicates her weekends to participating in a voluntary ministry, which continues to be a meaningful part of her life.
Kim Smith

Kim joined TSMGI in 2014 as a member of the Promotional Products team based in the Milwaukee office. With over 25 years of experience in branded merchandise and promotional marketing, she plays a central role in managing a diverse portfolio of client programs and retail operations including Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, NorthBay Health, the Milwaukee Admirals and the Wisconsin State Fair, in addition to helping operate TSMGI’s four retail outlets during Summerfest, the world’s largest music festival.
An alumna of both the University of Kansas and Alverno College, Kim brings strategic insight and hands-on experience to her work. She is known for her proactive approach, collaborative spirit and ability to deliver tailored, effective merchandise solutions.
Outside of the office, Kim is passionate about the outdoors—whether cycling down a long country road or hiking new trails whenever she can. She is also an active volunteer with Envision Unlimited, a disability services and support organization, where she especially enjoys participating in their biking program that empowers individuals through inclusive, active experiences.
