Promotional Products Marketing — TSMGI is a leader in the promotional products marketing industry. The company owns and operates branded merchandise programs across the globe including sourcing, design, warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment and on-site event sales.
Event Marketing — TSMGI offers a wide range of event marketing services including strategic planning, production, staffing and execution of mobile and experiential programs, bespoke customer events, expo and conference exhibits, customer hospitality and entertainment, ticket management, etc.
Sports Marketing — TSMGI provides brand strategy, evaluation, contract negotiations, activation strategy, asset management and execution of sponsorships within all form of sports and entertainment.

Account Supervisor, Sports and Event Marketing, Global Motorsports
We’re looking for an Account Supervisor, Sports & Event Marketing—with at least 8 years of relevant experience—who is a highly polished, experienced professional with a track record of managing high-profile sponsorship programs for an agency or brand. This role focuses on strategy-to-execution program management, activation planning, and client service. You’re comfortable with senior stakeholders, and you can think strategically while executing tactically.
The primary responsibility will be managing the planning and execution of marketing assets associated with our client’s sponsorship within Formula 1.
Our preference is for this position to be based in our Deerfield, IL HQ (Chicago suburb). We are also open to candidates based in the NYC area. Travel will include a meaningful mix of domestic and international trips aligned to the F1 and client activation calendar and may include occasional weekends.
Account Manager, Hospitality and Experiences
We’re looking for an Account Manager, Hospitality and Experiences, to join our Sports & Event Marketing team. This person has at least 5 years of relevant experience and is a highly polished, experienced professional with a track record of managing client hospitality for high-profile sponsorship programs on behalf of an agency or brand. This role focuses on strategic planning and execution of hospitality and experiences for our client’s sponsorship within Formula 1.
Formula 1-related hospitality will include overall planning, client communications, and on-site execution inclusive of tickets/credentials, hotels, local ground transportation, and related events on Formula 1 race weekends.

TSMGI is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role provides in-house creative support for both TSMGI and our clients, with a focus on digital design, apparel graphics, promotional products, and virtual product mock-ups. The position collaborates closely with account teams to bring client brands to life across a wide range of materials, including apparel, merchandise, webstore assets, marketing graphics, and communications materials. The ideal candidate is a motivated and creative professional who can translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), comfortable working on Apple systems, and knowledgeable in areas such as typography, layout, color theory, and print production. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, a client-service mindset, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude that supports TSMGI’s family-friendly culture and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
