Growth Leads to Three Key Hires

DEERFIELD, Ill., October 20, 2021– TSMGI, a leading global sports, event and promotional marketing agency, announced strategic talent acquisitions with the hiring of veteran marketer Pam Hollander, along with Javier Lopez and Ian Holmes who bring multicultural perspectives and more diverse backgrounds to provide stronger client leadership, support and service.

Pam Hollander is TSMGI’s most senior new hire as the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Client Success. Hollander comes to TSMGI after 21 years at Allstate Insurance in a variety of marketing leadership roles, and most recently as the Vice President of Consumer Marketing. Throughout her career at Allstate, she oversaw award-winning brand advertising, digital and social media campaigns, multicultural marketing, public relations and was the architect behind their sports sponsorships strategy and activation. Prior to Allstate, Hollander began her career on the PR agency side, including Burson-Marsteller, one of the world’s largest global PR firms.

Hollander will bring her corporate and brand-side strategy, consumer insights, planning and execution experience as a resource to all of TSMGI’s client partners.

Javier Lopez joins TSMGI as Account Director, Sports & Event Marketing. Lopez joins the agency with more than 13 years of multicultural marketing experience, with a focus on Hispanic consumers. Lopez has led client strategy and activation on behalf of companies such as AB InBev, Allstate, Delta, DHL, Mastercard and Sprint. He has executed soccer programs within Concacaf, Mexican National Team, MLS, International Champions Cup, UEFA Champions League, US National Team and with Real Madrid, the largest sports team in the world. In addition to soccer, Javi planned and executed programs within the music and entertainment industry targeting multicultural segments. Lopez joins TSMGI’s sports marketing team, focusing primarily on its soccer-specific clients.

Under the leadership of Group Account Director Lindsey Gerba, Javi will lead Abbott’s recently announced global partnership with the Real Madrid football club and the Real Madrid Foundation.

Hollander and Lopez are based out of the agency’s Deerfield, Illinois headquarters.

Ian Holmes joins TSMGI as Account Manager, Sports & Event Marketing focusing on motorsports. Holmes brings 12 years of experience in a variety of marketing positions for brands (Muscle Milk), agencies (Assist Marketing) and organizations (USA Football). Most recently as Manager of Education for USA Football where Ian was responsible for developing, planning, and executing educational programming to the marketplace including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and League Leadership. He will be a key member of TSMGI’s motorsports marketing team based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ian’s primary focus will be supporting McDonald’s NASCAR sponsorship of the 23XI racing team and driver Bubba Wallace.
