TSMGI Bolsters Leadership Team
and Storytelling Capabilities
DEERFIELD, Ill., August 24, 2022—TSMGI, an award-winning global sports, event and promotional marketing agency, announced the elevation of Tom Crawford to Chief Operating Officer, and the addition of sports marketing industry veterans Pam Hollander and Hugh Williams to key leadership positions within the firm.
Tom Crawford, who has spent 11 years with TSMGI as Vice President and General Manager, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will focus on strategic growth and business operations. “Tom has been a trusted partner of mine and a leader of TSMGI for over a decade, and I am pleased that he will continue to make an even greater impact on our overall organization in this new role,” said Jordan Bressler, TSMGI’s founder and CEO.
A highly accomplished marketing leader, Pam Hollander, was hired by TSMGI as Vice President, Marketing Strategy and Client Success. In this role, Hollander leads all TSMGI sports and event marketing clients and account teams. “Pam brings over 20 years of brand-side marketing communications and sponsorship experience with Allstate to TSMGI and the clients we serve,” said Tom Crawford, TSMGI COO. “Her perspective and marketing, communications and strategy experience will elevate the service and support we can provide to our clients and the impact of their sponsorship marketing programs and platforms.”
Building on TSMGI’s strength in global sports marketing, the company announced the strategic hire of sports marketing veteran, Hugh Williams, as Vice President, Global Marketing, focusing primarily on its high-profile soccer and endurance sports clients.
Most recently the Chief Experience Officer for Lyric, the global health and wellness lifestyle brand, Williams brings with him more than 20 years of experience building household name CPG, technology and nutrition brands through award-winning fully integrated marketing campaigns. Throughout his tenured career, Williams managed numerous high-profile partnership activations with sports events and organizations including The Abbott World Marathon Majors, IRONMAN, The Leadville Race Series, Major League Soccer, NBA, NCAA, NFL, The Rugby World Cup, USA Hockey, US Ski & Snowboard and USA Swimming.
