Promotional Products Marketing — TSMGI is a leader in the promotional products marketing industry. The company owns and operates branded merchandise programs across the globe including sourcing, design, warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment and on-site event sales.
Event Marketing — TSMGI offers a wide range of event marketing services including strategic planning, production, staffing and execution of mobile and experiential programs, bespoke customer events, expo and conference exhibits, customer hospitality and entertainment, ticket management, etc.
Sports Marketing — TSMGI provides brand strategy, evaluation, contract negotiations, activation strategy, asset management and execution of sponsorships within all form of sports and entertainment.

Account Director, Sports and Event Marketing
We are seeking an Account Director for Sports & Event Marketing with 10+ years of relevant experience who has demonstrated the ability to lead high profile, large-scale sponsorship programs on behalf of an agency or company. Primary responsibilities include thought leadership, strategy development, creative ideation, activation excellence, client and account team leadership. This person is comfortable and confident with executive level communications, will dive into the tactics and execute at all levels within the client's organization and TSMGI’s account team.
This position is based in TSMGI’s HQ office in Deerfield, IL (Chicago suburb) and can support client sports sponsorship that range from college athletics to global professional sports.
Account Supervisor, Sports and Event Marketing
Candidates for the Account Supervisor for Sports & Event Marketing position will have 8+ years of relevant experience managing high profile, large-scale sponsorship programs on behalf of an agency or company. Primary responsibilities include strategy development, creative ideation, activation execution, client services, and account team management. This person is comfortable and confident with executive level communications; and has the ability to dive into the tactics and execute at all levels within the client's organization and TSMGI’s account team.

Account Manager, Sports and Event Marketing
TSMGI Summer Internship

📍 Location: Deerfield, IL 60015
📅 Duration: May - August 2026
⏰ Hours: 9 AM - 4 PM; Monday - Friday
What You'll Do:
- Support brand placements at events and activations.
- Plan and execute activations, managing and leveraging assets for top clients.
- Enhance your professional skills in resume building, networking, and interview prep.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist various TSMGI teams as needed.
✅ Conduct research to support business objectives.
✅ Handle administrative and organizational tasks.
✅ Help build reports and presentations.
✅ Participate in local event activations (when applicable).
