Maria Valentyn

Maria joined TSMGI as an Account Supervisor in early 2026, bringing nearly a decade of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, entertainment and client relationship management.

Before joining TSMGI, Maria served as Vice President of Entertainment for the Beloit Sky Carp, where she led fan engagement and entertainment initiatives for nearly five years. She previously held leadership roles with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs as Director of Sponsorship Services and the Vermont Lake Monsters as Director of Marketing and Promotions, building a career rooted in creating memorable fan experiences, strengthening partnerships and delivering impactful marketing programs.

A graduate of Saint Michael's College in Vermont, Maria earned her degree in Business Administration with minors in Economics and History. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as the top student in the college's Business Department.

At TSMGI, Maria thrives on the variety that every day brings. She enjoys collaborating across teams, finding creative solutions to new challenges and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and with her deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry and collaborative, solutions-first mindset, Maria is dedicated to creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Maria volunteers with the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin and enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, attending concerts, exploring new restaurants and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She's also an adventurous home cook and loves spending time with family, friends and her dog.
