Emilia Tshilds

Born and raised in Winnetka, Illinois, Emilia earned her degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa before joining TSMGI.

As a Project Management Coordinator, Emilia supports Abbott across both the Big Ten and Corporate accounts, helping bring promotional initiatives from concept to completion. She enjoys being involved in every stage of the process—from discovering innovative promotional products and on-trend apparel to seeing the finished pieces come to life and often showcased on a national stage.

Prior to joining TSMGI, Emilia gained marketing experience at First Bank Chicago and spent three years in the hospitality industry, experiences that strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Emilia is extremely active with Philoptochos, an organization dedicated to charitable outreach, supporting families in need and organizing community fundraising efforts. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, traveling and expressing her creativity through piano, painting and drawing.
