The TSMGI Studio, its in-house creative design team recently attended the PRINT 19 trade show presenting the latest technologies, products and informational seminars on the subject of print. Hosted by the Association for Print Technologies, this trade show boasted manufacturers, other designers, marketers and everyone in between for an informational experience.
The event kicked off with a keynote speech titled The Wired Future: Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Privacy, Social Media, Truth, Tech Companies, and More presented by Nicholas Thompson, editor-in-chief of Wired magazine. Topics covered ranged from artificial intelligence to robots and how that will affect the job force in the future.
Additional seminars included: Brand Inspiration – How Good Ideas Become Great Packages and Yes, You CAN Get Consistent Color Across All Packaging Types! Here’s How! and a workshop on Adobe After Effects, an animation program.
The day ended by exploring the trade show floor.
Attending PRINT 19 provided some fresh insight into the production side of graphic design, along with another perspective on animation.
Going forward, we are excited to see how we can apply this new knowledge within the creative studio at TSMGI.
