Tom Crawford

As Chief Operating Officer at TSMGI, Tom oversees the agency’s day-to-day operations, steers strategic planning and leads business development initiatives. With decades of experience managing global brands and building impactful sports partnerships and entertainment alliances, Tom’s expertise and insight is invaluable, and serves as a leader not only at TSMGI but throughout the industry.

Before joining TSMGI, Tom served as Brand Manager of Sports & Entertainment Marketing at MillerCoors, where he led integrated marketing strategies for prominent partnerships with the NFL, NASCAR and a range of professional basketball and baseball teams. His expansive portfolio also included emerging and niche sports properties such as rodeo, poker, MMA and endurance events, helping to establish MillerCoors as a dynamic and far-reaching brand in the sports world.

Tom’s career is highlighted by a 17-year tenure at Motorola, Inc. As the Director of Global Sponsorship Marketing, he developed and executed Motorola’s global sponsorship and event marketing strategy, forging innovative alliances across motorsports, tennis, golf, baseball, basketball, football and the Olympics. His leadership helped secure groundbreaking partnerships with high-profile athletes and brands including Maria Sharapova, Andretti Green Racing, Burton Snowboards and Oakley, and delivered cutting-edge wireless integrations with Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs—earning Motorola a reputation as a trailblazer in experiential and sponsorship marketing.

Tom began his career at Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing, after earning a degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University. He currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and enjoys spending time with his adult twin daughters and beloved granddaughters. A lifelong sports and entertainment enthusiast, Tom continues to bring his passion for building meaningful brand experiences into every aspect of his leadership at TSMGI.
