OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

The Account Coordinator – Promotions is accountable for learning the day-to-day execution of various promotions programs (branded promotional merchandise and premiums) to achieve the goals of both the clients and TSMGI.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Learns to manage various promotions programs

Coordinates the development and sales of various promotional items for numerous Fortune 500 companies

Performs the key tasks involved in producing a promotions catalog including product research, competitive research, item selection, item sourcing, copywriting, proofing, creative and printing outsourcing

Performs key tasks involved in online merchandising website

Collaborates with the Sports & Event Marketing departments to coordinate and execute various programs

Manages the relationship with the outsourced fulfillment vendor

Resolves problems with incorrect shipments of promotional items

Reviews sales of catalog items for product selection and development for future catalog development

Manages product inventory

Produces inventory reports on a daily basis for client review

Models the values to which TSMGI is committed
